Cycle of Seminars in Ancient Topography and Landscape Archaeology – A.Y. 2025–2026

The Laboratory of Digital Archaeology and Ancient Topography at the Department of Humanities, University of Naples Federico II, presents a new cycle of Seminars in Ancient Topography and Landscape Archaeology for the academic year 2025–2026, curated by Rodolfo Brancato.

The November and December 2025 sessions will feature Valeria Vitale (University of Sheffield) and Anca Dan (CNRS–ENS Paris), who will explore topics related to historical geography, geoarchaeology, and the cartographic representation of the ancient world through texts, images, and digital data.

All seminars will take place at the Department of Humanities, Via Nuova Marina 33, Naples.
