FeDHLab Seminar

A new FeDHLab Seminar organized by Rodolfo Brancato (Department of Humanities) and Simona Scandurra (Department of Architecture).

The meeting features a panel of talks dedicated to the Teatro-Odeon complex of Catania:

  • Giulia Falco (Archaeological and Landscape Park of Catania) will speak on “The Teatro-Odeon complex of Catania: research, protection and enhancement”.
  • Rodolfo Brancato, Giuseppe Luongo, and Vittorio Mirto (DSU-UNINA) will present “The Teatro-Odeon complex of Catania as a laboratory for digital archaeological topography: from 3D survey to integrated data management”.
  • Lucia Acanfora and Simona Scandurra (DIARC-UNINA) will illustrate “From digital survey to representation: architectural drawing for stratified archaeological landscapes”.

A discussion will follow with discussants Giuliana Boenzi (SABAP of Naples), Valeria Cera (DIARC-UNINA), Antonella di Luggo (DIARC-UNINA), Daniela Palomba (DIARC-UNINA), Maria Luisa Tardugno (SABAP Naples Metropolitan Area) and Edoardo Tortorici (UNICT)

The in-person event will be held on Friday, May 15, 2026, at 10:30 AM, in Aula All of the Department of Humanities at the University of Naples Federico II, located at Via Nuova Marina 33 in Naples.
